UK service too bad

i bought some from UK about 3 years, much bad service! when i was children, peoplese all said UK are good , but now seems not.

expensive shipping i want not to discuss, but some times after you paid they will told you can not help ship and not return your money! lost parcels never tell you why, never help checked , and never answer your email or call . retrun to your ship money is a dream!

can not help ship work why not tell me before paid? ask your pay invoice very soon, answer your question about shipping always bad, some times had to call them by phone, and will tell you cannot understand . because of your speak english not good, use emaill not good too. sometimes had to ask UK friend help call.

today got bad service again, before paid said all ok, i knew they will said ship to china very diffcurt , so i said ship to london, but after paid , today frist email tell me can not help ship, because of my items have framed and galzed! i put invoice and item's picture to ask can help ship or not before paid, all said ok, no problems , but after paid said can not!

why ? why? chinese are bad peoples, so can not got good serivce?

I am surprised to read of such difficulties in trading with UK sellers, I can understand that many of them might overlook the difficulties of shipping to China until they have to do it for the first time. But why not to offer a refund? Refusing to ship to London leaves me astonished. I have to say that I never had problems like these in buying from UK. How do you send the money abroad, clarebarton? You should use Paypal as much as you can, and take advantage of its protection program: if you do not receive the goods, the seller does not get the money. At least, he has a good reason to reach a compromise with you.

this time i paid 55.45 pound for ship my bid to london.

i bid with auction room , always paid with bank or my credit card. i bid around the world. USA , RUSSIA, AUCTRLIA, ITALY ,GERMANY , UK .....

i bid from auction room about 6 years, i had to said : first bad service is UK. USA lost a few parcels, but they will tell you lost, and return some money, but UK never, even not answer any by phone and email. i meet UK bad service not one time or three time. i want not again. so stop buy from uk for me are best.

every time need paid much time for uk ship work. too confused , too tired.

frist UK always said ship to china are diffcurt , i used 60 days got london china- uk ship company to help, i told every auction ship my bid to london. london help me much , and i very thanks for their good work. but some UK are not good\ unfriendly. i can not understand.

i just buy my love , not buy unfriendly. i can not unstand why a seller can do this with a buyer.

yes, they can sell to any buyer, and they are not care me, lost me is nothing , but for me are good, i will never need consider and warry about some for my .uk's parcel. that is great!

london service always good, i contact , service , a chinese girl tell me they found it and will help me ship back to china.

i want not join again, stop buy from uk auction are best for me
