Hello,

Another Order of Red Star, serial number 156957 and won by political commissar Ivan Ilich Agarkov, a veteran of Stalingrad.

Description of the personal feat or merits:

"Comrade Agarkov Ivan Ilich showed himself as a courageous, determined, and energetic political worker. He skilfully organised ideological education and
educates new communists, who are ready for personal feats and heroism. Regiment communists proved themselves as courageous defenders of the Socialist
motherland. 13 of them have been awarded and 9 have been recommended for state awards.
Comrade Agarkov working everyday with young communists and other soldiers has built a strong local party organisation, which members show
examples of bravery in the fight against German invaders. The regiment downed 8 enemy airplanes during the fighting for town Rostov. Comrade Agarkov was
wounded on the front line during our offensive, but returned to the unit later.
Conclusion: Comrade Agarkov Ivan Ilich is worthy of awarding order “Patriotic war Second Class”".
