Museo delle artiglierie di Leningrado

L'avevo promesso a filo qui e lui si era dimostrato entusiasta. Ci ho messo del tempo a mantenere la promessa, ma finalmente sono riuscito a trovare le foto del mio secondo viaggio in Russia, nel 2010. Vi prego non giudicate troppo severamente la qualità delle foto, che lasciano molto a desiderare.

Come detto, quello fu il mio secondo di ormai tanti viaggi in Russia. Al tempo studiai Russi alla Facoltà di Filologia. Dividendo in realtà la maggior parte del tempo tra bar fenomenali e musei. Presto spero di riuscire a postare qualche scatto degli altri musei, di Kronstadt ( ) e di altri scorci della città di Lenin.

Intanto godetevi il Museo delle Artiglierie, che ha un cortile intero degno di un pomeriggio di osservazione..

Truly an incredible museum, I visited the Hermitage and admired many treasures but in another register at the Artillery Museum I was literally overwhelmed with emotion.

It is an extraordinary place that all collectors must see.

Same thing here! Back then as a student I had free entry in Hermitage and used to go there for an hour after my classes, to see bits of the collections. Yet, most of my time was spent between the Artillery Museum, the Defenders' Museum, the Navy Museum..and a small KGB Museum too! I was myself really filled with emotion wondering through these museums!
Kronstadt was also incredible. Went there on my birthday, as a sort of self-present, since I had researched during my BA the events surrounding the garrison's participation in the 1905, 1917 feb, 1917 oct and then 1921 revolutions/uprisings. As I always say, "seeing and touching" history there was just incredible!

questo museo purtroppo ancora mi manca, ci passamo una volta davanti per arrivare all'Aurora ma sfortunatamente era chiuso

spero di vederlo prima o poi,
il nuovo cmos da 24 megapixel rende bene all'interno con poca luce
